Hey everyone! Hope you’ve all had a fantastic week so far.
This week for me has been mostly centered around work–not a whole lot else happening. So, of course, I decided to treat myself to some Starbucks today as a bit of a pick-me-up; a little treat for myself to motivate me to finish the week strong!
I had also been struggling to find a topic to write about this week, since not much has been going on. But, as I found myself in the drive-thru getting one of my favorite go-to drinks, I got the idea for this post!
I’m always so curious about what other people order at Starbucks. These days, especially on TikTok, you see so many people getting creative with their drinks and sharing their creations online for other people to try. So I thought it’d be fun to share some of my favorites! Now, my go-to’s may not be as complex as what you may see others getting, but they’re delicious nonetheless!
- White Chocolate Mocha w/ Raspberry
Out of all the ones on this list, this is the one that I would consider my “usual”. If a friend were to order me a drink from Starbucks as a surprise, this is most likely what they’d order for me.
I will take this drink hot or iced, however, I do prefer it hot! If I get it iced, sometimes I’ll eliminate the raspberry and just do the classic white mocha.
This is a great drink if you like your coffee sweet, like I do. I will admit, I did not think that raspberry and coffee would pair well together, but man, it’s absolutely delicious! - Strawberries and Creme Frappuccino w/ Mocha Drizzle
Talk about some serious chocolate-covered strawberries vibes! Yum!!
If it’s late in the day or when I’m not craving caffeine, this is definitely a favorite of mine. I mean, honestly if you like chocolate covered strawberries, you’ll love this drink.
In fact, I was actually craving the delicious dessert one day, and ended up stopping by Starbucks. In an attempt to satisfy my craving, I ordered this drink. It was exactly what I wanted, and it’s been a go-to of mine ever since! - Peppermint Mocha
When Christmas season rolls around, I am absolutely craving something with peppermint. Seriously, this drink is like Christmas in a cup. It’s so warm and chocolatey, but also has the perfect touch of peppermint–it really does taste like Christmas!
Honestly, I don’t even love the classic mocha at Starbucks all that much. There’s something about the peppermint that makes it so much better! - Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Obviously, this one goes hand in hand with the previous drink. Honestly, I think I like this one more than the mocha.
Like the frappuccino, this is something I’ll grab if it’s late in the day, or if I’m just not in the mood for caffeine.
I’m telling you, there’s something about chocolate and peppermint together that is just so perfect–it’s exactly what I’m craving in the colder months! - Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Of course, I had to save the best for last. Yes, call me basic, but the pumpkin spiced latte is my all time favorite drink at Starbucks! I’m honestly so disappointed every single year when it disappears off the menu. I wish it were available year-round!
This is another one that I’ll drink hot or iced, but I do much prefer it as a hot drink. Mostly because it’s cooler in the fall, and I just want something warm to make me feel all cozy.
I actually only discovered how much I liked this drink a couple years ago. I was afraid to try it, because I firmly believed that pumpkin and coffee couldn’t taste good together. Boy was I wrong!
Also, there are rumors that their Fall seasonal menu will start popping up in stores next week. Fingers crossed! I am so ready to get my hands on this drink again!
And there you have it! Those are my top 5 favorite go-to drinks at Starbucks. Like I said, nothing super fancy. In fact, some are even a bit basic. But, I still highly recommend them to anyone, and encourage you to try them if you haven’t.
